After a year and a half of being in Taiwan, I finally was able to fly home and visit family. I flew out only a few days after finals. Bringing my bike home was rather difficult but has been worth it so far. I went on a few short rides around Chino Hills and did one longer ride (category 1 climb actually) up and around Mt. Baldy. I'm in Canada now with my beautiful wife and my family. There aren't many new workouts because my foot is still healing. We pulled the last stitches out just yesterday so now I have to take it easy for a while. BORING!

I'll hopefully be able to get few swims, rides, and runs in before my next tri this month. It's been terrible resting my foot.
