Last night I got off late, which meant I had to go to Taichung Train Station instead of Taiyuan Station. I rode my bike down there during the afternoon and brought my running gear along. After work, I changed into my running clothes/shoes on the train and prepared for my 7 km bike sprint home and then for a 5k run immediately after. I wanted to see how it felt to run right after a bike sprint. My legs burned and felt SUPER heavy for the first km or so, but they eventually adjusted.
I ran 5.52km in 26:25. My run ended at McD's where my wife and I shared a delicious and well-deserved meal.
